Remember that there are 4 things you must do to complete your membership.

    1)  Fill out the Membership form

    2)  Fill out the Waiver form

    3)  Include payment for your membership

    4)  Sign up for your volunteer hours at: http://tinyurl.com/cbmnqts

All four must be completed before your 2013 membership will be processed.
