Dear Rowers,
Please join me for the second big boat row Sunday, July 10, at 7:30 a.m. We will attempt the pause drill, try to go faster, do handstands mid-course, and determine which drills are real or make believe.
I am hanging a sign up in the small boat house this morning. All rowers are welcome.
